I look to the sky- an original poem

I look to the sky as the wind blows,

the trees shiver, and the sun glows,

The earth is moving and I am still,

seconds pass, and it is time I kill,

By the river, the water flows

We are living, wherever we may go,

whether mountains high, or waters low,

Whether we may be moving or still,

I look to the sky

And as we ride with friends and foe,

the trees die, the flowers grow,

Believe in others, and believe in your skill,

whether in perfect shape, or immensely ill,

Life can be high, and life can be low,

I look to the sky

and the world will show.
